Velocity Aircraft Inc. approached A&R Video to produce a 30 minute infomercial that would answer the ten most asked questions a typical prospect had. Of course the video introduced the Velocity product line in an engaging, desire producing manner. The video is distributed along with a written information package. Together the written and video materials educate the prospect to a much higher level than a simple brochure and telephone call would. When the prospect calls back they are usually ready to talk about the details of the product including such things as financing. The Riverview Terrace Estates video was produced by Paul Katlan, a real estate broker, to help him sell lots in a new up-scale development. In addition to showing the viewer the beautiful properties the video showed several dozen regional attractions and amenities that would encourage the viewer to give the property serious consideration. A broker would have to spend a week taking the prospect to all the locations. Some locations would even require special skills such as flying or scuba diving to reach.
